I’m April Eichhorn, a somatic and attachment-based practitioner with more than 20 years of experience supporting people in their healing and growth.
I work with adults to move beyond stress, trauma, and limiting patterns — into lives of empowered choice shaped by embodied self-trust, creativity, and what they truly want.
My approach is trauma-informed, nervous system inspired, and grounded in the principles of secure attachment.
