 I'm glad you are here!  

 

I'm April and I work as a somatic therapy practitioner grounded in a relational and trauma-informed approach to healing.

 

 The foundation of my practice includes the combination of Somatic Experiencing®, Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experiences (DARe), Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF), and Yoga Therapy.

I offer sessions online and outdoors near Lambertville, NJ & Erwinna, PA.
