WORKING TOGETHER

  • How can I work with you?
I currently offer 1:1 sessions online via Zoom. I do not currently offer in person sessions.
  • Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes! Before reaching out for a complimentary meeting, I'd recommend reading through the FAQ's here and make sure the logistics feel like a good fit for you. This will give us time when we meet to discuss what has you interested in working together and answer any questions you might have. Complimentary meetings are about 20 minutes via zoom. Before we work together, I'll also send you an intake to share anything else you'd like me to know before we begin.
  • What is your availability?
I have space dedicated for you on Mondays-Fridays, with mostly daytime availability. I am located in Eastern-Standard Time.
  • What is the financial investment for 1:1 personalized support?
The financial investment is $175/session and will be about 1 hour of time together.
  • How often will we get to work together?
I will support you in choosing what feels in alignment for you, and this can change as you shift and grow. Weekly, bi-monthly, or as needed are all options! Regardless of the frequency, I invite you to commit to showing up for yourself and follow through. You are important and your commitments to yourself matter. They are the movements that make up your life and you are worthy of the time. How long we work together depends on your goals and the support that feels good to you. We'll stay in touch about how it's going to make the most out of our time together.
  • Can you tell me about your education and training?
Yes! I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner®, Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experiences (DARe) Practitioner & an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). I am also trained in Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF). These are the modalities I most strongly ground in when working with people 1:1. I'm also a lover of movement and know how valuable it can be for healing and cultivating the kind of connection we need with ourselves in order to create from a place of inner knowing. That said, I am also trained as a yoga instructor, through several styles, and am becoming a classically trained pilates instructor. They are all wonderful pathways of moving from your center in different ways! I have a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology and a Ed.S (Master's +) degree in School Psychology, which is a field that focus on developmental psychology, assessment, counseling and consultation for children and families primarily within school-based systems. I worked in school-based settings for several years after graduate school. I found that I loved the counseling component, but not from a traditional talk-based, diagnostic model, or "fix me" model. I chose to specialize in somatically-based therapeutic models that didn't leave the intelligence of the body & our nervous system behind in our quest for healing. I love this approach. I find it expansive, inspiring, and I see people make progress every day working through a nervous system & attachment based lens.
  • Are you a psychotherapist?
    No! See above!
  • Do you accept insurance?
I do not and can not accept insurance. I work from a nervous system perspective and can not diagnose you with a medical or mental health disorder, which is usually required for insurance coverage or reimbursement.
